The hotel is situated in a relatively safe area although it would be advised to move in groups. – Refrain from walking with personal belongings in eyesight, such as phones/laptops/jewellery/wallets.

TRAINING VENUE:

The training venue is in the Physics Department at WITS University. Please note that it is very safe on campus grounds!!

The university is located in Braamfontein. The surrounding area is unsafe and I would advise you stay within the campus. Please refrain from walking the streets alone. We cannot guarantee your safety if you wonder outside of the campus and away from zones which have campus security.
